Youville House in Cambridge has 95, and Youville Place in Lexington has 71, bright, spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a private bathroom and shower (designed with ease of mobility in mind); a kitchenette with microwave oven; and refrigerator/freezer, closets, carpeting and window treatments. Residents decorate with their own furnishings, linens and personal items.
Each apartment also has an emergency response system that notifies staff when activated. Apartments vary in size and layout and are priced accordingly.
Respite or short-term residents move in to fully furnished apartments, equipped with telephone and cable service.
