Health & Wellness Seminar: Exercise to Improve Balance & Prevent Falls (YP)

One in three people over the age of 70 will fall.  Five percent of these falls will result in a fracture and ten percent in head trauma.  Of those hospitalized, only fifty percent will survive one year later.  These statistics are shocking, but there are steps you can take to stay safe. Learn how regular exercise can improve your balance and reduce your risk of falling.
